Law
Germany has a statute law system or civil which is generally based on the Roman law with some kind of references to
the Germanic law. The main judiciary of Germany is totally independent of the legislative branches and the executive.
Basically, the systems of the Germany's Supreme Court are known as the Oberstete Gerichtshofe des Bundes. The private and
criminal law are mainly codified on the national level especially in the Burgerliches Gesetzbuch and the Strafgesetzbuch.
Sometimes the criminal law word is called the penal law where as the private law basically involves the relationships
between the individuals as well as it is the part of legal system.
The federal law basically describes the structure of judiciary but the most of the courts of administration is regulated by the land law. However, the judicial type of system is basically divided into three kinds of courts like the ordinary courts, the constitutional courts and the specialized courts. All these three kinds of judicial system are mentioned below:
Specialized courts
It is related with the five subject areas such as labour (It also includes the three type of function levels as well as
the address disputes over the collective type of working conditions and bargaining agreements), social (It is generally
organized into the three levels which is related to the system of social insurance and it includes the worker's
compensation, social security payments and unemployment compensation), administrative (It consist of the Federal
Administrative court, higher administrative courts and the lower administrative courts) , patent law (It is finally
adjudicates in Munich which basically disputes the industrial related property rights) and fiscal (Finance and fiscal
type of courts hear only the tax related matters and exist on the two level basis).
Ordinary courts
It is dealing with the most civil cases and the criminal which are the various kinds by far.
The ordinary courts are generally organized into four tiers, and each increasing the importance. Most of the cases
in the local courts are especially decided by a single judge.
Constitutional courts
It basically focus on the constitutional meaning as well as the judicial review also. In the constitutional law
there are approximately sixteen judges, who generally make up the Federal Constitutional Courts and the Germany is the
highest and important judicial body.
Even the federal kind of constitutional court is the biggest court which is dealing with the constitutional matters and it
has played a vital role by its interpretative through the rulings on the basic law. The style of the courtroom is like an
inquisitorial and the other type of federal courts are the federal finance court in Munich, federal social court in Kassel
, federal administrative court in Leipzig and the federal labor court in Erfurt.

The legislative power is basically classified between the state level and federation. In the most of areas, the federal
and state levels have concurrent the legislative power as well as in the most of cases it shows the federate level which
generate the power to legislation "if and to the maintenance of legal or the economic type of unity renders of the
